The screener is not a diagnostic test. It can be used to determine if you might benefit from an in-person evaluation from a specialist. 6. I am willing to allow my answers to questions to be used for research purposes and I know that investigators may share my anonymous responses with other research groups. Anonymous copies of my answers may be kept permanently for use in other research studies.
